STORAGE AND CARE Store cookie cake at room temperature, for up to 3 weeks. Once opened, store in an airtight container or wrap well in plastic wrap, for up to 3 weeks. I do not recommend freezing or storing this cookie in the freezer or fridge, as it will make it dry out.
