Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I place my order?

I require at least two weeks’ notice for all custom orders. The earlier you reach out, the better as my calendar fills up quickly, especially on weekends and around holidays. Orders placed within two weeks of your event date aren’t guaranteed, but feel free to contact me to check availability. 


Do you offer shipping?

No, I do not offer shipping for any products. All orders are for local pickup or local delivery only.


Do you offer local delivery or pickup?

Yes! Local pickup is available in Blue Springs, Missouri. Local delivery is available within the Kansas City metro area.

Delivery fees may apply depending on location. If you’re outside the KC metro area, let’s talk about options before you submit a request.


Do you accept wedding orders?

At this time, I am not accepting wedding cake or dessert orders. Weddings involve unique delivery, setup, and timing challenges, and I want to be sure every event I bake for is successful. So right now I’m focusing on smaller celebrations like birthdays, anniversaries, engagement parties, and showers.


How should I store my cookies, cakes, or other desserts?

Each cookie is individually sealed for freshness and can be stored at room temperature for up to one week, or frozen in its packaging for up to one month. Cakes and petit fours should be refrigerated and brought to room temperature before serving. Specific instructions will be provided with your order.


Do your products contain allergens?

My kitchen is not nut-free. Some items contain nuts, and cross-contact may occur. If you or a guest has a nut allergy, please contact me before ordering so we can discuss your needs.


What is your payment policy?

Full payment is required when placing your order. Once I send your total, your date is confirmed only after payment is received. I don’t hold dates without payment.


Do you offer refunds or cancellations?

Because everything is custom-made, I cannot offer refunds or cancellations for changes made less than one week before your pickup or delivery date. If you have an emergency, please reach out.  I’ll do my best to work with you.


Can I place an order online?

Yes! Use the Start Your Order page on the website, fill in your details, and I’ll get back to you within 24–48 hours with availability, pricing, and next steps.
